Music is a major passion of mine—I’ve spent the past three summers as a singer-songwriter major at Interlochen Arts Camp and attended the Blackbird Academy recording camp this past summer. I’m honored to have received the YoungArts award for singer-songwriter last year, and I continue to explore my creativity through various music organizations.

My original songs are featured here, alongside some behind-the-scenes photos of my performances.

Performing my supergroup song, Saltwater Tongue for the first time at Interlochen this past summer! It was such a special moment sharing it with our teachers and peers.
Editor-in-Chief of
The Alcove
As the editor-in-chief of my school’s newspaper, The Alcove, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing the entire creative and editorial process, from conceptualizing articles to designing layouts. I collaborate closely with a team of talented writers and editors to produce engaging and thoughtful content that speaks to the student body.
Some of the work you’ll find here includes center spreads that I’ve designed, which highlight both investigative pieces and feature stories. Whether we’re tackling hard-hitting issues affecting our school community or celebrating student achievements, I ensure each edition is polished, informative, and visually compelling.
My role has allowed me to sharpen my editorial judgment, lead editorial meetings, mentor younger staff members, and work under tight deadlines. I take pride in creating a space for important conversations through journalism, and I am excited to share some of my favorite pieces with you.
